Two Ways to Book a Meeting

In LeadSeed, an appointment can be generated through two distinct channels :

• SDR/Prospect-Led (Front-end): A meeting can be scheduled directly by the client or prospect while they are completing their online assessment or evaluation (if the feature is enabled).
• Team-Led (Back-end): Your team can manually schedule or update a meeting directly within the "Marketing Results" view in the LeadSeed backend.

Monitor Your Conversion Funnel

Start by reviewing the top KPI tiles to understand your campaign's performance:

• Qualified Leads: Track the total volume of leads identified (MQL + HMQL + SQL + Unknown).

  • It doesn't count "Rejected" and "Not Considered" (Tests)

• Meetings Booked: Monitor your conversion rate.

  • A low percentage here compared to "Reports Generated" indicates a need for more proactive outreach.

• Reports Generated: Identify how many prospects have engaged with the personalized report and are ready for a demo/sales call.

Identify High-Potential Leads

In the results table, prioritize your actions by looking at two key columns:

• Asset Status: Look for "Report" status.

  • This indicates the prospect has finished the assessment, and downloaded the report and has a high level of intent.

• Sync Status: If you have setup integration to your systems, ensure the status is "Success."

  • This means the lead data is already available in your Marketing Automation Tool or CRM for the sales team.

Schedule and Manage Appointments

Note: This step requires a Customer Admin role to edit/update Appointment column

To book a meeting or update its progress (if booked during the questionnaire completion), focus on the Appointment and Lead Status columns:

1. Set the Date: Click on the "Appointment" cell for a specific lead to select the date and time of the scheduled meeting.

2. Lifecycle Stage: The "Lead Status" will automatically update to reflect the current state:

   • Booking: The meeting is scheduled.

   • Meeting Done: The appointment has taken place.

   • Validated: The meeting was successful and is moving forward in the sales cycle.

   • Reschedule: Action is needed to pick a new date with the prospect.

   • Rejected: The prospect was rejected by your customer or your sales.

Document Qualitative Insights

Data doesn't tell the whole story.

Use the "Comment" column to add crucial context for the Sales or Marketing teams:

• Note specific pain points mentioned during the booking call.

• Mention timing constraints (e.g., "Budget review in 2 months").

• Note rejection reason.

• This ensures a smooth handoff between SDRs and Account Executives.

Export individual or consolidated data

If you want to go further with your Data...

Use the "Download Results" or "Download Consolidated Report" buttons on top right of the view:

• "Download Results" will allows you to export all context and answers of all individual results for a given assessment.

• "Download Consolidated Report" will allows you to export consolidated data as an editable report (PowerPoint format)

Note: You can select either to download all consolidated data for a given assessment (all campaigns), or export only consolidated data for a given campaign of an assessment.

• Marketing / Sales Roles: Can view all KPIs and lead details to monitor campaign ROI and has the authority to update asset and lead statuses.

• Customer Admin Role: Has the authority to edit appointments, update asset/lead statuses, and add comments.

The Page section allows you to define the general settings of your landing page, such as background, margins, or the default font.

These settings apply to the whole page, beyond individual components.

What does Background Type mean?

Background Type defines the background of your page. You have three options:

• None: no background, the page remains transparent.
• Color: choose a solid color as the background (e.g., #ffffff for white).
• Image: upload an image as the page background (useful for branding or decorative visuals).

How do I change the background color?

Select Color under Background Type, then choose a color from the picker or enter a hex code (e.g., #003366 for dark blue).

Can I add a background image?

Yes. Select Image under Background Type and upload an image from your device. Make sure to use an optimized image (lightweight) to ensure fast page loading.

What are Padding Left and Padding Right?

These fields add inner spacing to the left and right sides of your page.

• 0 px = no spacing.
• 20 px = adds 20 pixels of space on each side.
  This helps prevent your content from sticking to the page edges.

How do I change the page font?

In Font Family, select the default font (e.g., Arial) from a list of supported fonts within LeadSeed.

This font applies to all text on the page unless a specific font is set at the component level.

Why aren’t my changes showing up?

Check that you’ve saved your edits by clicking the pink save (disk) icon in the bottom-right corner. Without saving, your adjustments won’t apply.

Can I undo changes if I make a mistake?

Yes. Use the undo ↺ or redo ↻ icons at the top-right corner to move through your editing history.

• You have elements in your template that are outside the scope of your slides.

• Remove all unnecessary slides and images from your master template
• Transform your SVG images into PNG or JPEG format
• Make sure there are no elements outside the slide (graphics, images and text)

Process

1. Provide Website URL

   • Owner: Partner

   • Action: The partner provides the secure (HTTPS) URL of the website where the LS Digital Assessment will be embedded (website URL). This ensures a secure and seamless integration.

2. Collaborative Campaign Creation

   • Owner: LeadSeed and Partner

   • Action: LeadSeed works closely with the partner to develop the digital assessment and create a customized campaign. This step includes defining assessment questions, visual assets.

3. Token Provision

   • Owner: LeadSeed or Partner

   • Action: Upon completion of the campaign creation, LeadSeed application generates a unique campaign token. This token will be essential for integrating and launching the assessment on the partner's site.

     • The token is the last part in the asset campaign url, example:

4. Integration of LS Digital Assessment

   • Owner: Partner

   • Action: The partner uses the provided integration code snippet along (the code snipet will be provided by LeadSeed team) with the campaign token to embed the LeadSeed Digital Assessment onto their website. This step includes placing the code within the designated page(s) and ensuring that the token is accurately referenced.

5. Testing the Self-Assessment integration

   • Owner: LeadSeed and Partner

   • Action: Both LeadSeed and the partner perform end-to-end testing to validate the assessment flow, report generation, and any associated backoffice mechanisms like dashboard, statistic etc. This ensures a smooth user experience and accurate data capture.

   • Troubleshootings: In case of issue (blank page displayed in the partner's site instead of assessment), check url for the LS digital assessment is running, if no issue with the digital assessment, check the partner's site doesn’t block external script.

IMPORTANT: Integration must be tested on both Mobile and Desktop versions

7. Select the Header Color

Within the Color category, locate the Header subcategory. Click on the paint palette icon next to it to open the color picker.

8. Choose Your Color

Select your desired color for the header. You can either pick a color visually or enter a Hex or RGB code for an exact color match.

To modify the favicon within your asset

1. Access the Builder

• From the left panel, select "Builder" (under "Setup" menu)

2. Click on the asset you want to change the favicon for

• Add PDF or JS Script: You can upload a PDF sample or add a custom JavaScript script to your landing page.

7. Modify Texts and Images

You can also modify the text and images directly on the landing page by clicking on the pencil icon of the category you wish to edit. This will allow you to make changes on the right side where the landing page is displayed.

Note:

• Format: The landing page is in HTML format (without the header and footer, which are handled separately).
• You can also use a reference website or follow a graphic charter for styling.
