Customize your download report email mockup to create a more personalized experience for your users.

1. Open the Setup Menu

Go to the right-hand side of the screen and click on Set Up. This will open the setup panel.

2. Access the Builder

From the setup panel, select Builder to begin customizing your page.

3. Click on the Demo

Now, click on Demo to preview your page layout.

4. Open the Customization Section

At the top of the page, click on the Customization section to open the customization menu.

5. Select the Notifications Section

Click on Notifications to access the email templates.

6. Choose the Template

Select the email template you wish to customize.

Note: To fully customize an email template, please contact LeadSeed support.

7. Edit the Subject Fields

Fill in the Reminder Email Subject and Download Report Email Subject fields.

8. Customize the Email Content

On the right-hand side, you’ll see the email mockup. You can edit specific sections (Image (PNG file, maximum with 600px) / Text / CTA / Social Media Links / Copyright Company) by clicking on the pencil icon of the desired section.

After making your changes, click on Close to save them.

9. Send a Test Email

To preview your email, click on the pencil icon next to Test sending mail and enter the recipient’s email address in the dedicated field.

Click on the send icon to send the test email.
